PaperWe spent a long time making paper. First we collected lots of old paper and tore it up into tiny pieces. Then we boiled it in the dye bath we used for the flax, we got lots of nice purple colours from logwood and brazilwood along with the blackberries we collected and elderberries we got in the wjolefood shop. We did a lot of videoing during our papermaking process. Julie edited some film by Oryian and showed it in an exhibition. She made special screens with holes in them! The film is called Orion's View. Here is a sketch of the video installation...
